焦炭滤料简介
焦炭滤料主要用于高炉炼铁和用于铜、铅、锌、钛、锑、汞等有色金属的鼓风炉冶炼，起还原剂、发热剂和料柱骨架作用。炼铁高炉采用焦炭代替木炭，为现代高 炉的大型化奠定了基础，是冶金史上的一个重大里程碑。为使高炉操作达到较好的技术经济指标，冶炼用焦炭（冶金焦）必须具有适当的化学性质和物理性质，包括 冶炼过程中的热态性质。焦炭除大量用于炼铁和有色金属冶炼（冶金焦）外，还用于铸造、化工、电石和铁合金，其质量要求有所不同。如铸造用焦，一般要求粒度 大、气孔率低、固定碳高和硫分低；化工气化用焦，对强度要求不严，但要求反应性好，灰熔点较高；电石生产用焦要求尽量提高固定碳含量。
焦炭滤料是烟煤在隔绝空气的条件下，加热到950-1050℃，经过干燥、热解、熔融、粘结、固化、收缩等阶段最终制成。焦炭滤料由于其机械强度高，多孔结构合理，吸附性能好，截污能力强，过滤速度快，使用周期长等特点。去除水中悬浮固体，净水水质 ，具有很好的效果适用于生活用水和工业水处理装置中.
